Aquaterro employs full time Industrial Design staff who are constantly working on current product design, and product development with our key manufacturing partners. Aquaterro has in-house Industrial 3D Printing capability, for customer and in house use, as well as Laser Cutting and Engraving, Industrial Sewing and Rapid Prototyping facilities.
Currently seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills along with contract management experience to join our Order Management team. As part of a professional team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service through proactive management of orders from receipt through delivery.
The Role supports Aquaterro’s Order Management group by accurately implementing Customer Orders into our ERP system, tracking, tracing and managing the order progress, as well as assisting with other Customer and Contract Administration requirements.
RESPONSIBILTIES AND DUTIES
Check and acknowledge Customer Orders for correct part numbers and pricing against order deliverables.
Work closely with the Contract and Purchasing Managers to accurately process orders using Aquaterro’s Integrated ERP System.
Enter Sales Orders into the ERP System and track and trace the orders through to timely delivery.
Liaise with Aquaterro’s Project Manager, Warehouse, and Operations groups regarding shipping and documentation requirements in line with Order/Contract deliverables.
Complete and submit timely and accurate compliance paperwork for order placement with our OEM’s.
Accurate data entry including the recording of serial numbers, sizing data and accurate entry of information for completion of Contract reports.
Maintain currency of part numbers, pricing and stock levels in consultation with Contract Managers.
Take reasonable direction from and communicate with the Contract Managers regarding contract administrative requirements and deliverables.
Must be and remain eligible for and maintain appropriate permits/licenses for those products which are required by the company and its clients. Additionally, the incumbent must be and remain able to qualify for Australian Federal/Defence Security Clearance; must also be an acceptable person and qualify for employment in an ITAR registered Company and must undertake training and keep current of the requirements of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) from the United States of America.
