Following significant investment and club improvements, Snap Fitness Claremont is entering an exciting new chapter and we’re looking for an exceptional Club Manager to take the reins.

Located within one of Perth’s most sought-after suburbs, this role offers far more than managing a gym. We’re searching for a motivated leader who can create an exceptional member experience, drive business performance, build meaningful community relationships and lead a thriving fitness environment.

About the Role

As Club Manager, you’ll have ownership over the club’s overall performance, culture and day-to-day operations.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving membership sales, lead generation and retention performance
• Creating a premium member experience from first enquiry through to long-term retention
• Leading and supporting Personal Trainers and in-club culture
• Building strong local community and business partnerships
• Developing marketing initiatives and growth opportunities
• Managing club presentation and operational excellence
• Driving monthly targets and key performance indicators
• Creating an environment members genuinely enjoy being part of

This is a role with real ownership and autonomy. We want someone who treats the club as if it were their own business.

About You

• Proven leadership and sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working with members, staff and local businesses
• High presentation standards and attention to detail
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset
• Strong commercial awareness and results focus
• A passion for health,



fitness and helping others succeed

Fitness industry experience is beneficial, however strong leadership and sales capability are what matter most.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Previous sales and/or leadership experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Full working rights within Australia
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable:

• Cert III & IV in Fitness
• Previous management experience
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail or high-performing sales environments
