Leadify is an Australian lead generation company running high-volume, performance-driven campaigns. We're part of the GJI Group, and this role has direct visibility into revenue-driving work - the pages you build feed straight into lead sales performance and gross profit margin.
The Role
We're looking for a UI/UX & Landing Page Specialist to own the design, build, testing and technical performance of our campaign landing pages. This role sits at the intersection of design, conversion optimisation and marketing technology - you'll be responsible for how our landing pages look, how they convert, and how accurately they track and route leads.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-converting landing pages, from wireframe/Figma through to live deployment
- Own technical campaign setup and ensure pages meet requirements before launch
- Manage ongoing website updates and maintain a consistent design system across campaign pages
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on live pages quickly, minimising downtime and lead loss
- Design, implement and analyse A/B tests, translating results into design and copy changes
- Build and maintain a funnel optimisation roadmap based on performance data
- Monitor pixel and attribution setup across all landing pages via Google Tag Manager
- Validate conversion tracking end-to-end before and after campaign launches
- Support lead routing strategy and implementation in LeadExec
- Manage lead and deal data hygiene in LeadExec and Pipedrive
- Complete QA on all new pages and tracking implementations prior to go-live
- Own compliance and consent requirements on landing pages, ensuring forms and opt‑ins meet regulatory and privacy standards
- Set priorities and provide technical direction to developers on landing page and website projects
What You Bring
- Proven experience in UI/UX design and landing page development, ideally in performance marketing or lead generation
- Hands‑on proficiency with Webflow (build and publish, not just templates)
- Strong Figma skills for wireframing, prototyping and design handoff
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and pixel-based tracking (Meta, Google Ads)
- Experience with LeadExec or comparable lead distribution/routing platforms
- Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar CRM tools
- Experience running structured A/B tests and translating results into action
- High attention to detail - this role owns QA on pages that directly affect lead volume and revenue
- Confident working autonomously and reporting on outcomes with data, not just activity
What's On Offer
- Competitive salary + Super (details discussed during the process)
- Full-time, on‑site at our Varsity Lakes, Gold Coast office
- Direct visibility into revenue-driving work, working closely with the COO and performance team
- A high-growth, performance-driven environment where your work has measurable impact

- You must have the right to live and work in this location to apply for this job
