About the role:

As a Lead Support Worker, you will work alongside participants, their support teams, and Alifa staff to provide high-quality, person-centred support. You will help guide consistent supports, mentor team members, and ensure the people we support receive care that reflects their individual goals and preferences.

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred practice
- Experience supporting people with complex needs and trauma backgrounds
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, mandatory training completed,



permanent employment visa
- Ability to build positive relationships with multiple participants
- A confident communicator who can support and guide others
- A outstanding personality — someone who brings energy, humour, kindness and the Alifa spirit to their work
