About the role
EPA Spares Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse professional to join our team in Wangara, Western Australia. This full-time role is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of our warehouse operations, ensuring the timely distribution of products to our customers.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse,
- Safe handling, packing and delivery of goods,
- Prepare accurate customer quotations, provide accurate price & stock availability to customers
- Process sales orders, coordinate and complete deliveries,
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock takes
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse operations
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health,
safety and environmental regulations
- Liaising with sales team, such as sales and customer service, to provide seamless order fulfillment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory control software (Business Central)
- Forklift licence and experience in operating warehouse equipment
- C Class Drivers' Licence
