Contract Opportunity – Data Centre OperationsRole: Operator – Data Centre Operations Location: Parramatta, NSW Contract: 6–12 months (with possible extension)We're seeking experienced Data Centre Operations professionals to support critical government infrastructure in a 24/7 rotational shift workplace across primary and Disaster Recovery (DR) sites.Key Responsibilities:✅ Monitor and maintain mainframe, Unix, Windows, and open systems environments✅ Monitor job and backup schedules, investigate and action failures✅ Respond to system incidents and end-user enquiries following standard operating procedures✅ Escalate performance and availability issues to minimise business continuity impacts✅ Support Data Centre Operations Shift Supervisors as requiredKey Requirements:✔ Experience in Data Centre Operations, Mainframe, Unix, and Windows environments✔ Experience monitoring batch jobs and backup schedules✔ Ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts,
