Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll help lead a passionate brigade, inspire creativity in the kitchen and play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences across our restaurant, events and functions.
What You'll Be Doing
· Lead and support the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food every service.
· Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development, seasonal specials and new ideas.
· Drive consistency, quality and presentation across every dish.
· Manage ordering, stock control and minimise food waste.
· Champion food safety, HACCP and kitchen compliance.
· Collaborate with our front-of-house team to create outstanding guest experiences.
· Step confidently into the Head Chef role when required.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
· Loves leading and developing people.
· Brings experience as a Sous Chef or is a talented Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
· Has a passion for Mediterranean and European cuisine.
· Thrives in a busy service while staying calm under pressure.
· Has strong commercial awareness and can confidently forecast production for functions and events.
· Takes pride in quality, presentation and attention to detail.
