What we're looking for

- Structural Engineers with a 5-15+ years of experience
- Roles for mid-level to associate structural engineers
- Experience working on a range of large scale commercial or residential projects - residential mid-rise & high-rise experience is highly desirable
- Strong technical ability across concrete & steel
- Proficient with structural analysis and design software
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients

Responsibilities

- Structural engineering design across high-rise residential, commercial, education and community projects
- Overseeing project delivery, quality assurance, resourcing and client communication




- Providing technical guidance to engineers and drafters, supporting their professional development
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
- Reviewing and signing off structural design documentation, reports and calculations
- Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
- Driving continuous improvement, contemporary engineering practices and sustainability principles
