ABOUT YOU

- Degree qualified surveyor with 10 to 15 years in land development.
- Currently registered with BOSSI (NSW).
- Deep knowledge of NSW surveying legislation and standards.
- Track record leading teams and projects, backed by solid field experience.
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients, contractors and authorities.
- Skilled in 12D, AutoCAD and standard survey equipment.
- Valid NSW driver's licence and White Card.
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only, or a visa allowing full working rights in Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Run land surveys end to end, from early planning through to final sign-off
- Check and approve documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Take the reins on the trickier, higher-value projects




- Work closely with other technical teams to join up project outcomes
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and authorities
- Bring junior surveyors up to speed and help them grow
- Pitch in on proposals and new opportunities as they come up
