Are you an experienced Licensed Customs Broker looking to join a well-established international freight forwarder? We're seeking a customer-focused professional to take ownership of customs clearances while working as part of a supportive and high-performing team based near Brisbane Airport.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customs clearance for import and export shipments.
- Classify goods accurately and prepare import declarations in line with Australian Border Force requirements.
- Liaise with the ABF, DAFF, shipping lines, airlines, clients, and internal operations teams.
- Ensure all customs documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed within required timeframes.
- Provide clients with expert advice on customs regulations, tariffs, duties, and biosecurity requirements.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers while delivering a high level of service.

About You
- Current Australian Licensed Customs Broker accreditation (essential).
- Previous experience within freight forwarding or customs brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of Australian customs legislation and biosecurity requirements.
- Experience using CargoWise or similar freight forwarding software is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.
