About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Customer service Officer to join a dynamic and values-driven team based out of Ravenhall VIC

Key Responsibilities

- Processing timesheets and creation of invoices
- Liaise with suppliers to build robust relationships
- Track outstanding orders and overdue deliveries using Microsoft Navision
- Collaborate across departments to support inventory optimisation
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist with supplier onboarding and other administrative tasks
- Ensure all activities align with company safety, compliance, and sustainability standards
- Deliver prompt, professional service to internal and external stakeholders
- Data entry
- Adhoc duties that may arise

About You





- Familiarity with inventory systems – experience with Microsoft Navision is a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and a structured, organised approach
- Professional phone manner and service-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A team player who acts with integrity, respect, and accountability
- Eager to learn, adaptable to change, and comfortable taking initiative
- Alignment with company values and a genuine interest in the construction industry
