ConsultANZ is looking for a skilled and commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join a respected civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Sydney. Key Responsibilities

- Manage project cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple scopes
- Ensure procurement activities meet company standards and project requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to uphold contractual obligations
- Prepare and administer variations, claims, delays, and contractual notices
- Draft and issue contractual documentation including claims, variations, and instructions
- Oversee supplier engagement and coordinate subcontractor procurement activities
- Provide commercial insight and support to project delivery teams
- Assist with additional commercial duties as required to ensure smooth project execution

What You Will Bring

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in civil construction, quantity surveying, or a related field




- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach to project delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
- Prior team leadership experience will be highly regarded
- Flexibility to travel interstate when required
