Relocating the Head Office to the CBD Fringe in August, you'll also travel to their National locations as needed to deliver face-to-face coaching and training, and work remotely across time zones to support the offshore team.

About the Role..

This is a hands-on training delivery role with genuine breadth. You'll be responsible for building the capability of two distinct audiences: our client's Australian site-based teams and their offshore customer experience agents. No two days look the same - one morning you might be running a new starter induction at head office, the next you're facilitating a virtual call skills session with a team on the other side of the world.

- You'll onboard and assess new starters, train teams on products, systems, customer service standards, and compliance requirements
- Visit locations to observe and coach in the moment.
- On the offshore side, you'll induct recent agents, build their product knowledge, run call simulations, deliver script and call flow training, and partner with QA to turn performance data into targeted coaching.
- Across both audiences, you'll maintain training records, report on outcomes, and continuously improve how learning gets delivered.

About You...





You're a confident, energetic facilitator with experience as a BPO Trainer – Specifically within business process outsourcing, call centers, customer service and back-office operations experience environments.
You know how to read a room, adjust your style, and make learning stick - not just tick a box.

You'll bring:

- BPO Experience
- At least 2 years in a training, coaching, or L&D; role covering both in-person and remote delivery
- Experience training customer-facing teams in a retail, contact centre, hospitality, or service environment
- Strong written skills and the ability to create clear, practical training materials
- Comfort working across time zones and adapting for cross-cultural audiences
- A coaching mindset - you use observation, call monitoring, and real feedback to develop people
- Bonus points if you've trained offshore teams before, hold a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, or have worked alongside a QA function to translate data into development priorities.
