About the Position:

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer (minimum 10 years PAE) to take on a high-impact leadership role within the firm. Working directly alongside the Managing Partner, this is a rare opportunity to influence the strategic direction of a growing practice while remaining hands-on with a sophisticated legal caseload.

This role will suit a confident legal skilled who enjoys autonomy, leadership and mentorship responsibilities. Your day-to-day work will involve managing complex files, guiding junior lawyers, and playing a critical role in the development of firm operations and client relationships.

You'll be working across:

- High-value and complex Family Law matters including parenting and property disputes
- Civil litigation including contract disputes, estate litigation and debt recovery




- Residential and commercial property transactions including leasing and conveyancing

This is more than just a legal role—it's a leadership pathway in a firm where your input is not only valued, but essential.

Key Requirements:

- At least 10 years PAE across Family Law, Civil Litigation or Property Law (private practice experience needed)
- Proven experience managing files independently and delivering strong client outcomes
- Comfortable mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team development
- Strong commercial awareness and interpersonal skills
- Admitted to practice in Queensland with a current practising certificate
