About the role - Customs Compiler

- Compiling & classifying a variety of commodities within the customs tariff
- Liaising with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and government bodies
- Preparing and registering Australian Customs and AQIS entries
- Job registrations
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Troubleshooting any queries with clients and internal departments
- Ensuring consignments are cleared in an efficient and timely manner

About the candidate

- Ideally, a minimum of 1-year experience in freight forwarding within Import or Exports
- Experience in Customs Compiling/Classifying
- CargoWise EDI experience preferred
- Great Customer service skills
- Customs background or is eager to learn




- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- First-class communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Adequate knowledge of Customs Tariff
