Our client is a newly established, fast-growing telehealth practice built on one simple idea: care that genuinely puts both patients and practitioners first. The practice is led by a management team that is commercially sharp but clinically authentic — people who understand what it takes to build a sustainable, rewarding career in medicine, and who back their GPs accordingly.
We're seeking a GP to help lead our medicinal cannabis and holistic care stream, supporting patients exploring alternative treatment options for chronic pain, sleep difficulties, anxiety and other eligible chronic conditions — always with full clinical independence and rigorous, compliant care standards.
The Role
- Assess patients seeking holistic or alternative treatment options within a robust clinical governance framework
- Conduct consultations in line with AHPRA, TGA, state/territory legislation and SafeScript requirements
- Retain complete independent clinical discretion — there is no obligation to prescribe any particular treatment
- Ensure thorough informed consent, documentation and structured follow-up
Flexibility, Your Way
Start part-time and build your hours up at your own pace,
or step straight into a full-time caseload from day one — the choice is entirely yours. Work from home or any private, suitable location, anywhere in Australia.
What You'll Get
- Genuine flexibility — set your own hours and location
- A supportive, patient- and GP-centric culture from day one
- Full patient bookings, admin and marketing support so you can focus on clinical care
- Access to reliable telehealth and clinical software
- Room to build and grow a special-interest service
- A compliance-first framework that lets you practise with confidence
- Support to develop deeper expertise in medicinal cannabis prescribing
What We're Looking For
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Current Australian medical indemnity insurance covering telehealth
- Knowledge of, or willingness to train in, medicinal cannabis prescribing requirements
- A rigorous, evidence-informed and compliance-conscious approach
- Robust documentation and independent clinical judgement
Ready to Join Us?
Send through your CV, AHPRA registration details, areas of clinical interest, preferred availability and proposed start date. We'd love to hear from you.
