We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Workshop Technician to join our Karratha branch. This role is ideal for a mechanically minded individual who takes pride in maintaining equipment to the highest standards and ensuring it is safe, reliable, and ready for customer use.

Trade qualifications are preferred, however experienced candidates with a solid mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality will also be considered.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Workshop Technician to join our Karratha branch. This role is ideal for a mechanically minded individual who takes pride in maintaining equipment to the highest standards and ensuring it is safe, reliable, and ready for customer use.

Trade qualifications are preferred, however experienced candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality will also be considered.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the calibrations and maintenance of equipment. You will assist the team with picking and packing booking and be detailed focused.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs on hire equipment.
- Perform testing and calibration of equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Diagnose faults and carry out corrective maintenance.




- Complete equipment inspections before dispatch and upon return from hire.
- Maintain accurate service, calibration, and repair records.
- Ensure workshop facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, and organised condition.
- Assist with equipment preparation, loading, unloading, and inventory management when required.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Trade qualification preferred (Mechanical, Fitting, Hydraulics or similar).
- Previous experience in equipment maintenance, servicing, or calibration.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good computer and record-keeping skills.
- Current driver's licence.
- Forklift licence advantageous but not essential.
