About the Opportunity

Join the Inpatient team at Mercy Care Centre, Young NSW. Multiple permanent part‑time positions for Enrolled Nurses on a 26‑bed sub‑acute ward specialising in rehabilitation and palliative care. Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care within a multi‑disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

- Provide high‑quality, patient‑focused and clinical care using a person‑centred approach.
- Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard.
- Work collaboratively in a multi‑disciplinary team, providing a highly responsive and adaptable service to consumers and carers.
- Support the 26‑bed sub‑acute ward in rehabilitation and palliative care settings.

Requirements

- Registration with AHPRA.
- Excellent clinical, time‑management, organisational and communication skills.
- Adaptability and problem‑solving ability.
- Compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care.




- Ability to nurture respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Evidence of, or in the process of obtaining, a current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
