Little Coogee Hotel is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead a high-performing team while being actively involved in the day-to-day operations of our hybrid hotel and hostel.
This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for a manager who leads by example and enjoys working alongside the team. In addition to overseeing the operation of the property, you will regularly work reception shifts, assist guests, support the housekeeping team when required, and help ensure the smooth running of the hotel. If you're someone who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week.
Qualifications and Experience
- Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
- Minimum 2 years' work experience
- Previous management experience
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

- A masterful service delivery qualified who always puts the customer first
- A proactive, hands-on manager who leads from the front
- Ability to encourage, motivate and lead others
- Ability to build strong relationships with guests and clients
- Interest in the travel and tourism industry
- Knowledge of travel in Australia is an advantage
