You'd be the person the sales team leans on when it matters. The product expert at the centre of every deal.
The one running tailored demos, crafting the RFP responses that move deals forward, and making sure every prospect has every reason to say yes.

The reality:Running tailored demos for school prospects — and making sure every environment is accurate and ready

Owning RFP and tender responses end-to-end — tight, on time,

Building and maintaining the assets that give reps a stronger foundation

Training new starters on the platform so they can speak to it confidently

Keeping Onboarding informed so nothing falls through the cracks

This role suits people who are genuinely curious about a product and motivated to understand it deeply.
Who are comfortable in a room with a principal, an IT manager, or a government stakeholder — and can keep the conversation useful.
Who are strong writers — because RFP quality is visible and it matters.
Who are detail-oriented enough that errors in a demo or a tender submission simply don't happen on their watch.
Who collaborate by default — making reps better and deals more likely to close is the job, not a side effect.
Prior EdTech experience is a bonus, not a prerequisite. Experience with Consensus and demo/RFP tooling means a faster start. More important: genuine product curiosity and the communication skills to match.
