Customer Sales Consultant

About the Role

Aqua Laser Clinic is looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Parramatta, NSW.

This is a sales-focused role where your primary responsibility will be calling new and existing customers, building relationships, booking consultations and treatments, following up enquiries, and helping customers achieve their goals through our services.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Calling new leads and existing customers to book consultations and treatments

- Following up enquiries, missed appointments, and customers due for their next treatment

- Building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service

- Explaining our treatments, packages, promotions, and membership options

- Converting enquiries into bookings and sales

- Managing customer records and updating notes in our CRM system

- Responding to phone, SMS, and online enquiries promptly

- Assisting with front desk and reception duties when required

- Working towards individual and team sales targets

- Meet and exceed daily and weekly booking targets.

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centre, or reception roles

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

- A positive, energetic, and results-driven attitude

- Ability to handle objections and confidently ask for the booking or sale

- Strong organisational and computer skills

- Experience in the beauty, cosmetic, healthcare, or wellness industry is an advantage but not essential
