Chefs/Cook

We are a small beachside kiosk located on Balmoral Beach in Mosman. We are looking for chefs/cooks to join our young energetic team by the beach. Daytime shifts only, no nights, with good public transport access. Great food, great coffee wrapped in an excellent fast-paced working environment. The open positions would suit casual, holiday worker or student with experience. No sponsorships, no cash payments just excellent conditions in a modern kitchen setup.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from our diverse menu

- Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to strict health and safety standards

- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient workflow and timely service

- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

- What we're looking for

- Relevant qualifications or experience in the hospitality/culinary industry

- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques





- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing meals
