An excellent opportunity exists for a motivated Associate Dentist to join a long-established private dental practice in Charlestown, NSW. This permanent role offers four clinical days per week in a modern surgery equipped with digital x-rays, rotary endodontics, OPG and a contemporary fit-out.
The practice has busy books and a loyal patient base, providing immediate clinical flow from commencement. Mentorship and clinical support are available for the right candidate, including early-career dentists seeking structured growth.

Location

About You
You are friendly, outgoing and confident with a caring disposition. You are comfortable working autonomously while contributing positively to a team workplace. You set goals, value continual education and are open to learning new techniques and technologies.
Dentists with 2+ years’ experience are preferred, however confident new graduates will be considered. ADC-qualified or locally trained candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry care
• Perform restorative procedures including crowns and bridges
• Manage endodontic treatments and extractions (simple and surgical preferred)
• Deliver implant restorations where appropriate
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold infection control standards
