Our Consulting division is growing nationally. We need a Business Development Manager who can be the first conversation these owners have with us — and make it count.

What you’ll actually do:
You’ll open doors at owner and director level. You’ll hunt your own opportunities, work our internal database,



and marketing Agency leads plus build genuine relationships with the kind of operators who don’t give their time to just anyone. You’ll diagnose where a successful business is being held back, and show them what the next level looks like.

You’ll close engagements, yes. But what you’re really doing is helping serious people unlock the full potential of what they’ve built — and securing the firm’s growth in the process.

You’re the right person if:

- 5+ years as a current-business BDM operating at a high level — and you’re proud of the rooms you’ve sold into

- You can hold your own with successful, sharp business owners — they respect you, not tolerate you

- You’ve sold across a range of sectors — professional services, pharmaceutical, automotive, fit-out and interiors, mining and resources, trades and construction — and adapt fast to whatever’s in front of you

- You generate your own leads and know how to convert a warm database

- You’re driven by both the win and the meaning behind it

- You’re an A-player who wants more than a commission cheque — you want work that matters
