The Opportunity

We’re looking for an energetic, dependable human to jump into a split role across Dispatch and Production.

Dispatch Assistant

- Prep goods for dispatch (precision beats speed… but we like both).

- Load cartons—everything counted, recorded, and ship-shape.

- Book freight and consignments.

- Pitch in on general warehouse duties as needed.

Production Assistant

- Mix food and tea blends to spec.

- Spread product onto trays.

- Packaging and labelling.

The basic details

- Small, super-co-operative team.

- On your feet for long stretches (comfy shoes = your new best friend).

- Casual with a stable roster.

- Day shifts only; typically ~7.5 hrs (about 7:00am–2:30pm).





- Adaptable finish times when workloads spike—so availability matters.

- 4–5 days per week.

- Clear communicator across all sorts of personalities.

- Lateral thinker who takes initiative.

- Eagle-eye for detail and follows systems well.

- High situational awareness (you notice things).

- Reliable, cooperative, and drama-free.

- Able to commit for 12 months (minimum).
