A Team Demolition & Civil has been delivering Brisbane's civil and demolition projects with a reputation built on showing up, doing the job right, and backing our people.

We run a modern fleet across Brisbane Metro — 5–35 tonne excavators, bobcats, rollers, graders, and trucks — working predominantly in commercial civil and demolition: bulk earthworks, road construction, industrial sheds, basement excavation, and small subdivision works for commercial builders and developers.

We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced excavator operator who wants to be part of something.

What You'll Be Doing

Operating excavators (5–35 tonne) and other plant across bulk earthworks, civil construction, and demolition sites

Cut/fill, trenching, and bulk material movement to line and level

Working alongside a crew that takes pride in the job

Coordinating with truck drivers, dozer/roller operators, and site supervisors to keep production moving

Representing A Team on site — professionally, every day

Work is regular, working 5 days, weather dependent. Days can vary, however, regular working hours are 6am to 6pm.

Prerequisites:

Proven excavator operating experience (civil/demolition preferred)

White card required

High-risk work licence / relevant tickets beneficial

Ability to read and work to grade/level and site plans

Own transport to get to varying sites across Brisbane Metro

Our pay structure is as follows:

Travel Allowance + Base rate + Overtime
