Our expertise also includes the service, repair, and overhaul of heavy haulage trailers, reinforcing our reputation as a leader in the heavy haulage industry.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock is correctly accounted for in the system.
- Understand inventory holding cost versus production and /or sales and use the knowledge as part of all inventory decision making processes.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Drive and take ownership of the planning,
implementation and performance of stocktake activities for assigned warehouse locations.
- Collaborate with various departments to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely replenishment, including accurate min and max levels.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory metrics, trends, and projections to management.
- Support in the planning and implementation of stock take activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in a Warehouse Management System such as Pronto or SAP (WMS) and Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
