Administration / Job Coordinator (22–33 Hours Per Week)

Trio Automotive Group Pty Ltd is seeking a professional and motivated Administration / Job Coordinator to join our expanding operations based in Gympie, QLD. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating our nationwide towing and roadside assistance services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Trio Automotive Group operates 24/7 towing and roadside assistance services across multiple regions throughout Australia. What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating and dispatching towing jobs efficiently across various Australian regions.
- Managing high volumes of incoming calls and dispatch requests professionally.
- Communicating with drivers and customers to ensure accurate and timely job allocation.
- Updating job statuses in dispatch software and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring job progress and resolving issues as they arise in real time.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Processing customer payments, generating invoices and following up outstanding accounts to support accurate reconciliation and cash flow.
- Providing general administrative support.
- Managing shared inboxes and responding promptly to customer and internal enquiries.
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documents as required.
- Undertaking other general office administration duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a confident phone manner.
- Experience in transport, logistics, dispatch or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Strong computer skills and confidence using technology.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, adaptable and committed to achieving company goals.
Requirements
- Must reside in the Gympie Region, QLD.
- Current driver's license and reliable transport.
- Willingness to complete training and learn Trio Automotive Group's systems and processes.
- Availability to work 22–33 hours per week on a rotating roster, including a mix of weekdays.
