Heavy Carrying Solutions Pty Ltd is a growing transport company servicing the building and construction industry throughout South East Queensland.
We specialise in the delivery of plasterboard, building products and construction materials to trade stores, retail outlets, residential construction sites, commercial projects and tower crane sites.
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional HC Driver to join our team.
About the Role
This is a Casual position that could lead into full-time, involving local deliveries throughout South East Queensland.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Safe operation of HC and HR vehicles
- Delivering building and construction materials
- Load restraint and load security checks
- Completing vehicle pre-start inspections
- Using electronic delivery and POD systems
- Maintaining a professional relationship with customers and site personnel
- Complying with company safety procedures and customer site requirements

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Current HC Licence (unrestricted preferred)
- Good driving record
- Strong understanding of load restraint requirements
- Experience operating curtainsider and flat-top vehicles preferred
- Construction site delivery experience highly regarded
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to use mobile applications and electronic POD systems
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
