An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced lawyer to join our growing Wills, Estates & Succession Planning team.

Current admission to practice law in Australia is required for this position.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with individuals, families, business owners and farming clients across a broad range of succession planning and estate matters, while being supported by a collaborative and highly experienced team.

The Role

Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will manage a diverse range of matters including:

- Estate Planning: from standard Wills and Powers of Attorney to complex estate planning strategies, including the establishment of testamentary trusts, capital protected trusts, special disability trusts and review and consideration of existing structures such as family trusts and self-managed superannuation funds.

- Business & Farm Succession Planning: Designing and implementing succession plans tailored for business owners and farming families.

- Estate Administration: Managing probate matters and overseeing the administration of deceased estates.

You will have the opportunity to build strong long-term client relationships and provide practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client's circumstances.

About You

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Experience in Wills, Estates and Succession Planning.

- Strong technical drafting and problem-solving skills.





- Excellent communication and client relationship management.

- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.

- The ability to manage files with autonomy and attention to detail.

- A genuine passion for helping clients navigate important life decisions.

Experience working with farming families, business succession or asset protection strategies will be highly regarded.
