WASTE COLLECTION DRIVER

- Ordinary hours : $38.93 phr | Weekday Penalty: $45 phr

- Casual role, 5 days a week

- Shifts: 3am start

- Wilberforce depot

In this role, you will:

- Provide kurbside waste collection services to residential and commercial customers

- Transport collected material for disposal to the Waste Management Facility, or other facilities as directed

- Comply with requirements and conform with National Heavy Vehicle Laws

- Ensure daily maintenance of the truck is carried out in a satisfactory manner

- Maintain truck log book and any other record keeping reasonably required and relevant to the role

- Report vehicle damage/defects via log book

- Carry out "on road" repairs/maintenance to the truck as appropriate

You’ll need:

- HR Licence

- White Card

- WWCC

- Current Police check





- Full Work Rights

- Truck driving experience

- Previous experience in waste collection industry

- Physically fit to carry out duties of position

- Ability to work flexible schedule as necessary
