We are inviting internal expressions of interest for the position of Warehouse Manager.
The Opportunity
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading all warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, efficient and high-performing warehouse environment that supports both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations while contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
- Lead, supervise and develop warehouse team members
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management
- Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety
- Drive efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement across warehouse processes
- Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Implement systems,
structure and best practices for warehouse operations

About You
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager, Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate a team
- Experience in building products, manufacturing, logistics or distribution preferred
- Solid understanding of warehouse systems, processes and inventory management
- Solid focus on safety and operational discipline
- Hands-on, reliable and solutions-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
