As a Sales Assistant at Tradelink Thomastown, here’s what a typical day could look like:
- You’ll be one of the main faces our customers see, excellent service and friendly interactions are a must.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Provide product information.
- Keep shelves stocked and merchandise displayed.
- Promote and recommend products.
What do you need to bring?
- Experience in a similar role
- Passion for customer service.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A team player attitude – humble, hard-working, and always ready to pitch in.
- Successfully pass the validated Assessment Test and complete any required training
- Valid driver's license.
Working Hours
- Working hours will be Monday - Friday (exact hours to be determined in interview stage), with a Saturday shift fortnightly, 8am - 12 Midday.
