APG Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Program Advisory Services (Construction) professional to support the delivery of critical Natural Disaster Program (NDP) projects.

- Location - Nerang, QLD
- $135 + Super
- 12-month contract with possible extension

This is a high-impact role working alongside the Program Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of construction activities, with a strong focus on first response, emergency works, and immediate recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Program Manager in delivering NDP construction objectives safely and efficiently
- Supervise and oversee construction activities across multiple projects
- Lead and coordinate first response and emergency works
- Act as the Principal’s on-site representative ensuring compliance with all TMR standards
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, traffic, and quality requirements
- Provide surveillance and oversight on minor works and maintenance contracts
- Maintain accurate records to support DRFA compliance and funding eligibility
- Liaise with contractors, stakeholders,



and internal teams to drive project outcomes
- Support emergency operations, including RADAR reporting and documentation

About You

- Minimum 15+ years’ experience in construction overseer/inspector roles (DRFA projects essential)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in first response and natural disaster emergency works
- Strong knowledge of TMR standards, DRFA requirements, and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage site operations, contractors, and emergency response activities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Class C Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
- Vehicle required
