Peries IGA is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual with the ability to fulfill the role of Produce Manager, Full Time at our Bowen store.

This position will be responsible for the day to day running of the Produce department.

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

- Ability mentor and inspire employees to meet sales, cost budgets and compliance standards

- Experience with ordering, building displays and filling.

- Experience in a Produce position for 1 to 2 years.

- Solid customer service skills and passion to provide an exceptional shopping experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent presentation, merchandising and stock management skills

- Ability to regularly lift up to 20kgs is an essential requirement

- Friendly, approachable and positive team player

Applicants must be available to work over a 7-day roster which may include afternoon and/or weekend and public holiday work.
