About the Role

As a Junior Fire Safety & Business Development Advisor, you will play a key role in introducing businesses to our fire safety services and helping clients understand their compliance obligations.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines fire safety advisory services with proactive business lead generation, including visiting local businesses, building relationships and identifying opportunities to improve fire safety compliance.

No previous fire industry experience is required. We will provide training and support to help you develop your technical knowledge and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door visits to commercial businesses and facilities.

- Introduce FCF Fire & Electrical's range of fire protection and compliance services.

- Generate new business opportunities and quality leads.

- Build solid relationships with business owners, facility managers and decision-makers.

- Perform basic fire safety assessments and identify potential compliance concerns.





- Educate customers on fire safety requirements and our available solutions.

- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.'

About You

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.

Desirable (But Not Essential)

- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, real estate, or trade-related industries.

- Previous door knocking, lead generation, or business development experience.

- Knowledge of fire protection systems or safety compliance.
