Supafresh has vegetable farms in Ravenswood and Binningup. We have a vacant position for an experienced and capable farm manager at our Pinjarra location.
We run a vertically integrated salad farming and packing business from our factory in Oakford, where produce is delivered to multiple times each day from our farms. We are the state's largest producer of ready to eat salads, for both retail and food service markets.
We require an experienced candidate to fit into a manager's role. The successful candidate must understand horticultural production, have extensive experience operating tractors, sprayers, irrigation (automatic) and a competent level of mechanical aptitude, must understand crop nutrition and disease management and must be a leader of people.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of vegetable farming experience.
Team leader level management experience is required for this position.
This is a long term, full time position with good pay, plenty of prospect and good working conditions within a long established dominant vegetable farm.
You must be flexible. Early starts typically commence at 5:00 AM.
