Wintringham is a specialised, non-religious, not-for-profit welfare organisation focused on supporting older people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The organisation provides high-quality services to people aged 50 and over, and 45 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, across a range of housing and support needs. Wintringham supports clients at every stage, with the goal of providing safe, stable housing and “a home until stumps.” With over 30 years of experience, Wintringham’s cutting-edge and client-centered approach has become an international benchmark in addressing homelessness among older people. Your new role

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, the Organisational Development Partner operates as a trusted internal consultant, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to identify capability needs, strengthen organisational culture, and deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, embed organisational values, and support successful organisational change.

We are looking for candidates with the following

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Adult Education or Learning and Development.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational development and learning and development, including the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that enhance organisational capability, strengthen culture, improve leadership effectiveness, and drive employee performance.
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles, with the proven ability to develop engaging and effective learning solutions, onboarding programs, leadership development initiatives and role specific training programs.
- Demonstrated experience with contemporary learning technologies,



e-learning development tools, and digital learning platforms.
- Proven ability to design, facilitate and evaluate learning, capability and culture programs using data, participant feedback, and outcome measures to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
