Are you a detail-oriented experienced Bookkeeper looking for a flexible, supportive, and rewarding role? We're looking for a motivated, reliable, trustworthy, hard working Bookkeeper to join our close-knit team where your expertise is valued and your growth is a priority.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Data entry, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable

- Payroll processing, creditor payments & tax compliance preparation

- Data analysis & reporting using Excel

- Maintaining financial records & preparing reports

- Building strong client relationships while providing expert bookkeeping support

- Inter-entity transactions and reconciliatons

What We’re Looking For:

- Solid Bookkeeping Experience You’re confident in your understanding of accounting processes and systems

- Attention to Detail Accuracy is your superpower, and you’re committed to precision





- Excel Expertise You’re comfortable using Excel for data analysis and reporting

- Accounting Software Knowledge Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar platform

- Effective Communication Skills You enjoy working directly with clients and offering excellent support

- Proactive and Organised You take initiative and manage tasks efficiently, with a strong sense of ownership
