Permanent EFT + Long Service Leave Cover (flexible/negotiable)

We’re seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to provide leadership and clinical expertise in our 54-bed adult acute psychiatric inpatient unit at the Clare Moore Building. You’ll be joining a dynamic team of six consultant psychiatrists, an expanding JMO workforce, and a robust registrar training program, making this role both rewarding and well supported.

What You’ll Bring

- Registration with AHPRA




- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and Recent Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) or working towards completion
- Strong experience managing a wide range of mental health conditions including psychosis, depression, anxiety, PTSD and risk issues
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- A compassionate, flexible, and collaborative approach to patient care
