Student Support Officer - Full Time - Ongoing - Narooma High School

Location: Narooma High School, NSW

Total Remuneration Package: The salary range is $76,661.00 - $112,401.00 per annum (pro‑rate for part‑time roles). The total salary package includes employer's contribution to superannuation and leave loading.

Responsibilities

- Enhance student wellbeing and learning outcomes in partnership with the wellbeing team and school counselling service.
- Provide individual and targeted wellbeing support.
- Deliver whole‑of‑school wellbeing initiatives and evidence‑based programs.
- Collaborate with external agencies and create referral pathways for students and families to child and family support agencies.

Essential Requirements

- A completed diploma or higher qualification in social work, youth work,



welfare or a related discipline must be attached with the application.
- Knowledge of and commitment to the Department’s Aboriginal education policies.
- Valid and current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
