- Develop expertise in specialised HVAC design for hospitals, operating theatres, laboratories, isolation rooms and critical plant; infection control strategies, pressure‑controlled environments and complex healthcare compliance requirements.
- Work on aviation projects involving resilient mechanical systems, staged construction, operational continuity and maintainability.
- Engage in defence projects incorporating secure facilities, mission‑critical services, stringent technical standards and multidisciplinary coordination.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least four years’ Mechanical Building Services design experience in Australia or New Zealand.
- Strong HVAC design fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A genuine desire to continue learning and developing technically.

- Flexibility around personal commitments, including school drop‑offs and pick‑ups.
- Clear career pathway from leading commercial and residential projects to contributing to landmark Queensland developments and into senior or leadership roles.
- Competitive salary negotiated according to experience.
