Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
- Provide manual handling support
- Help individuals achieve their goals and maximise their potential
- Implement individual support plans and development programs to support goal achievement
- Manage risk and ensure safety at all times
- Engage in person‑centred active support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
What you’ll need to thrive in this role
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Working with Children Check
- A current Driver’s License
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or a similar qualification (applicants without qualifications are welcome)
