About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds West Lakes store. This is a part‑time position at 34 hours per week.

- Lead by example to build an inclusive, high‑performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences
- Create a strong customer‑first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service
- Coach and develop your team through regular on‑the‑spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building
- Execute visual merchandising in‑store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement
- Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities transparent to support smooth day‑to‑day running
