About the Role

Full‑time Clinical Care Coordinator. The position operates Sunday to Thursday to ensure senior clinical coverage across all days.

Responsibilities

- Drive a continuous improvement culture within the facility.
- Act as a clinical resource for staff and provide clinical education.
- Focus on clinical service delivery, compliance and audit processes.
- Participate in care planning in line with new standards.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation management.

Qualifications

- Empathetic, with prior experience in an aged care home.
- Desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
- Leadership experience in clinical care.
- Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.




- Excellent documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC.
