Scarboro Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Manager to join our dealership team.

This role is responsible for supporting customers through the vehicle finance and insurance process while helping the dealership achieve strong sales and profitability outcomes. Working closely with the Sales Manager and sales team, you will ensure every customer receives professional, compliant and efficient service throughout their vehicle purchase.

About the role

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing customers with suitable vehicle finance and insurance options
- Offering warranty, protection and other approved aftermarket products
- Preparing and submitting finance applications for approval
- Supporting the sales team with finance enquiries and deal completion
- Ensuring the vehicle sale and customer experience remain the priority
- Working with the Sales Manager to maximise opportunities from each sale
- Maintaining accurate sales logs, customer records and documentation
- Ensuring all finance paperwork and customer payments are processed correctly
- Building strong relationships with finance and insurance providers
- Maintaining full compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry codes
- Supporting consistent finance and insurance operations across the dealership
- Representing Scarboro Toyota professionally within the dealership and wider community

About you





To succeed in this position, you will have:

- A sound understanding of the retail automotive industry
- Previous experience in automotive finance, insurance or a similar dealership role
- Current relevant accreditations and knowledge of financial services legislation
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively with customers, salespeople and department managers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A highly motivated and results-focused approach

Experience leading or supporting a small team will be highly regarded.
