Exercise Physiologist – Bundaberg

Employment Term: Permanent Full Time | Location: Bundaberg | Remuneration: $42.15–$59.04/hr (dependent on experience) plus super, salary packaging, travel reimbursement and employee perks. 5 Weeks Annual Leave (pro‑rata).

About the role

You’ll work across centre‑based and home‑visit services, tailoring programs that improve mobility, independence and wellbeing. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, podiatrists and allied health assistants—while managing your own caseload with realistic productivity expectations.

Role Requirements

- Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and ESSA Accreditation – Essential
- Strong assessment, treatment and communication skills




- Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management
- Ability to run group exercise classes
- Effective time‑management and accurate documentation skills
- Confidence using smart devices (or willingness to learn)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence & roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work – Essential
- Alignment with BlueCare values and practice standards
- Skills in hydrotherapy, Pilates or Tai Chi
