Caloundra RSL is seeking a highly organised Functions & Events Planner Executive to plan and coordinate exceptional events, acting as the primary contact from enquiry to completion. You will work with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, proposals, EO running sheets and post-event follow-ups, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with WHS and venue policies.
