As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone to become the face of our content, helping inspire, educate and engage our audience across every major social platform.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This isn't your typical content creation role, we're looking for someone who lives and breathes travel, aviation and storytelling to become the face of our brand across social media. You'll create engaging short form content that educates, entertains and inspires our growing audience, while bringing travel experiences, loyalty programs and premium aviation products to life. From filming at airports and lounges to presenting educational videos and interviewing travelers, you'll play a key role in growing our community and building one of Australia's leading travel brands. You'll own the creative process from concept through to publication,



working closely with our marketing team and agency to produce content that delivers real engagement and commercial results.

RESPONSIBILITIES...

- Create engaging short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts, balancing educational and aspirational travel content
- Become the on-camera face of the brand, confidently presenting from the studio, airports, lounges, conferences and live events
- Plan, script, film, edit and publish high-volume video content using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro and AI-powered editing platforms
- Transform real travel experiences, interviews and behind-the-scenes moments into high-performing social content that drives engagement
- Manage and grow an online community of 100,000+ followers by responding to comments, identifying trends and encouraging conversation
- Work closely with the wider marketing team and external agency to align organic content with paid campaigns and overall brand strategy
- Continuously identify new content opportunities, optimise performance and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- Proven experience creating high performing short-form content for social media platforms
- Confident on-camera presenter with excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software
- Experience managing social media channels or online communities
- Ability to work in a quick-paced setting, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating with internal stakeholders, marketing teams and external agencies
- A genuine passion for travel or aviation!
