Routy's Plumbing & Gas is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager to take ownership of a large multi‑residential apartment project that is already well underway .

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently step into an active construction site, quickly understand the current project status, build relationships with the existing team, and drive the project through to a successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Take over the day-to-day management of an existing live project.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage programme, quality, safety and budgets.
- Liaise with the builder, consultants and stakeholders.
- Oversee commissioning, defects and project handover.
- Maintain robust documentation and reporting throughout the project.

We're looking for someone who:

- Must be a full qualified Plumber with WA tradesperson licenses




- Can confidently pick up a project mid‑construction and keep it moving with minimal disruption.
- Is highly organised and solutions-focused.
- Has excellent communication and leadership skills.Understands commercial plumbing and hydraulic services
